Momentum Thief: The man to slow the world!

Good morning, and hello. I pray you are all doing well, Heroes! I am so happy to welcome you all back because some of us have been going through it, but your heads are still high, and your courage is being projected.

Today, I would like to introduce to you to the Momentum Thief, he is an anti-speedster because his power is to debuff and slow our heroes with the gift of speed from the Arkadi-Verse. He is the archvillain to Flash Foxy. Flash Foxy cannot out pace the Momentum thief, so she is left with using her brains to out wit and out smart this goliath.

The Momentum Thief will be a character that will terrorize the Arkadi-Verse. The citizens of Arkadium and all throughout Murdock County are not ready for what this beast of a person is capable of. Just imagine you are on the freeway or on the street driving to work or a hospital, and all of a sudden time slows to a crawl. However, time is moving through its natural order, but you are in slow motion, you could have been a half hour early. Now, you are three hours late, and it was all due to the Momentum Thief. Now, I know you are not going to tell your boss or your teacher that the reason you are late is because the Momentum Thief made it so. I know that that will not fly in our world, and our time, but wouldn’t be great?

The Momentum Thief's real name is Solomon Despacío. He can also change his mass and size, and on top of that his arms produce a slick, sticky, tar like ooze that he is able to fling at his foes. He also uses this substance to grapple buildings so that he may climb up its walls or to evade pursuers. He may be slow, but he is crafty!
