Märlük the Street Avenger

Vanadium Comics Presents: Part 1.5

Good afternoon and Happy Sunday, Heroes! I pray that you are all doing well, and for those that are in California, I pray that this storm is not bogging you all down. Please, be safe.

Now, in the last newsletter I introduced one of our main characters from the Arkadi-Verse, Märlük the Street Avenger. Märlük is a street level crime and justice narrative that takes place in the city of Arkadium, and I plan to keep the city of Arkadium alive and breathing as if to be another character within her universe. There is a lot of crime within Murdock County and Arkadium alike, so the heroes that have spawned within this universe will be brought to life. As we have our heroes, we also have plenty of villains alike.

Alexander "Il Toro Nero" Minos (Minos Family Capo, AKA: The Minotaur of Arkadium), here is a Capo from a notorious crime syndicate and actual family (within the scope of the Arkadi-Verse narrative), The Minos Family. The Minos Family has ties to their Cretan ancestors, and have ruled the criminal empire for decades, maybe even centuries. Just imagine, that some of these ancestral beings were cannibals, murderers, kidnappers, thieves, and involved in the Cults of the Labyrinth. Il Toro Nero is an incredible and complicated villain because he is not just ruthless as a mob boss captain, but he is also addicted to steroids. His mob is responsible for the distribution of drugs in the city of Arkadium. He also wants to lean out and create an image of fear with his physique and through his actions.

Il Toro Nero is a narcissist as he is very cold hearted. Il Toro Nero has killed his own men due to their failures within his organization and activities, for example. Much of his story and Märlük’s will be explored within the upcoming issues of Märlük: The Street Avenger. I hope you enjoyed this minute introduction, and know that there will be more. Until next time. Comment and keep in touch, we want to hear from you because you are the reason why we create what we create. Wishing you all the best. Thank you so much!

Stay tuned. All the best. Keep spreading the word, and let's save the day!
