Citizens of Arkadium, keep your doors locked and your courage close—because the nightmares are back. The Renfields have returned, and this time their numbers are swelling. Eyewitness reports confirm that more have risen from the alleys, basements, and crypts, moving through the city’s underbelly to feed their dark mistresses, the Empusas.

In the midst of this growing threat, our city’s vigilantes are once again answering the call.

The Retri-Butcher was spotted near the Old Freight Yards, his spiked arsenal carving a path through a wave of Sons of Crete enforcers. His methods are as brutal as they are effective—leaving a chilling message in their wake: crime will be answered in kind.

Meanwhile, Märlük, the Street Avenger, has taken the fight directly to the Minos Family. Sources say rooftop chases have erupted into explosive confrontations, and the Avenger’s shadow looms large over the mob’s shrinking territory.

And yes, Arkadium’s own Ben Ferguson and Detective Hiroshi Miike are back on the streets, side by side. The unlikely duo have been working through the dead of night, dismantling Renfield nests and reclaiming neighborhoods block by block. Residents in the Riverside and Hollow Gate districts have already reported a drop in street-level attacks.

The war for Arkadium is far from over, but for now, the city’s defenders have drawn their line in the dark—and they’re daring anyone, living or undead, to cross it.
